For the prawns bruschetta: just grill the bread…clean the prawns / they have to be really fresh…and prepare the sauce…:
Blend a few leaves of basil with olive oil, salt, pepper and a dash of soy sauce, taste and adjust the quantity. Pay attention with soy … this sauce has to be gentle and do not cover the taste of the prawns. And do not overdo it with the basil: it shouldn’t be a pesto, but an aromatic oil..(oh, and please use the real extravirgin olive oil..)
